People and Culture Strategy
The People and Culture Strategy 2018-2021, sets out the strategic principles and objectives relating to the development of both our people and our employment practices. This overarching strategy now incorporates the previously separate Talent and Clinical Development Strategy 2014-2017 and Equality and Diversity Strategy, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive strategy.
