This session is an introduction to the topic of resilience. It covers the basics of how to build personal resilience and managing well-being, and includes a brief overview of practical approaches.
It begins by considering what stress actually is….and isn’t. Acknowledging that we all respond differently to pressure and stress, the workshop looks at how individuals can develop resilience.

- What personal psychological, social and physiological strengths and assets can be drawn upon?
- What characteristics make a team resilient?
The workshop uses activities to introduce the practical tools of WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning), Mindfulness and 5 Ways to Wellbeing.
