Equality & Diversity Steering Group
Launched earlier this year, the Equality & Diversity Steering Group brings together staff representing all areas of the Trust, committed to advancing the Equality and Diversity agenda and supporting the work involved in meeting our statutory duties including Workforce Race Equality Standard and the Public Sector Equality Duty.
Wellbeing Engagement Group
Co-chaired by Clare Melbourne, Deputy Director of HR and Chris Nelson, UNISON Branch Secretary; the Wellbeing Engagement Group includes representation from all areas of the Trust and focuses on coordinating the proactive wellbeing activity, and also helps to shape the support available through the Staying Well Service.
